⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I rarely write reviews this detailed, but Bob's Professional Painting earned every one of these five stars. Before hiring a contractor, I did my homework. I met with several painting companies, compared bids, checked references, state contractor licenses and evaluated each contractor carefully. Bob stood out immediately because of his honesty, commitment to quality, customer focus, and willingness to answer questions, accommodate my requests, and fairly negotiate a few contract details. He also proactively provided four recent references, and the two I contacted both gave outstanding reviews. After completing my project, I completely understand why. On the first morning, Bob introduced me to Jason and the crew before leaving. His parting words were that Jason would prepare and paint my home as though it were his own. That wasn't just a promise—it was exactly what happened. My stucco home hadn't been painted in 25 years. I had also just installed new windows with all new cedar trim and new fascia boards, so proper preparation was extremely important to me. The crew carefully protected everything that wasn't being painted with meticulous masking, plastic, and drop cloths. They primed every surface, including back-rolling the primer, then applied two finish coats while back-rolling the stucco after each coat. There were absolutely no shortcuts. Jason's attention to detail was exceptional—truly 10 out of 10. He checked in with me every morning, kept me informed of progress, discussed any areas where he thought an alternative would produce a better result, and always listened to my preferences. His craftsmanship showed everywhere, from perfectly straight paint lines to thoughtful color transitions that made my downspouts visually disappear into the body of the house. Even the newly installed fiberglass garage entry door received a flawless spray finish. The entire crew was professional, respectful, hardworking, and clearly took pride in delivering quality workmanship. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of every workday and treated my home with great care. I also appreciated that Bob honored my request to use the exact premium products I specified—Benjamin Moore Regal for the stucco and Sherwin-Williams Duration for the gutters—without trying to substitute different paints. Bob told me the project would take about two weeks, while other contractors estimated only four or five days. He was right. His philosophy of "go slow to go fast" was obvious throughout the project. The crew took the time to do the preparation correctly, and the finished product reflects that commitment to quality. Bob's price was in the upper mid-range of the bids I received, but it was worth every dollar. I wasn't looking for the cheapest painter—I wanted a paint job that would last for many years because this is my forever home. Bob's Professional Painting exceeded every expectation.
